How can social impact become your company’s greatest strategic asset? That’s the one question I seek to answer. My name is Ava Manuel. I am the Founder and Chief Identity Architect at Impact Media Exchange (IMX). Working alongside America’s most impactful organizations, I explore how authentic contribution can compound a company’s trust, strengthen culture, attract talent, create strategic partnerships, and drive long-term business loyalty and performance. I strategically develop custom frameworks that connect business strategy, organizational identity, culture and narrative, media, and community transformation already existing within organizations. I'm especially interested in connecting with leaders who believe the future of business will be defined not only by what companies produce, but by what they contribute.
