What are the conference dates and location?
FreedomFest Las Vegas: “Think Independent” meets Wednesday, July 8 - Saturday, July 11 at Caesars Forum Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Is Caesars Forum conference center connected to Caesars Palace?
No. Caesars Forum is on the east side of Las Vegas Blvd, completely separate from Caesars Palace and The Forum Shops.
The address for Caesars Forum is:
3911 S. Koval Lane
Las Vegas, NV 89109
Where should I stay?
FreedomFest has a room block with a discounted resort fee at Harrah's Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, and Caesars Palace. The resort fee is required by Caesars Entertainment.
The LINQ and Harrah's (recently renovated/fully updated!) are just steps away from CAESARS FORUM Conference Center, while the 5-Star Caesars Palace Resort is a 10-minute walk from the conference center. To see the room rates and make your hotel reservation, visit the hotel booking portal.
Where can I find a list of speakers?
We work year-round to add speakers and content to FreedomFest. The first round of speakers are usually announced six months before the event. As each speaker and title is confirmed, we update our Speakers page and we send out an email announcement for select speakers we confirm.
Is there an age restriction?
While there is no specific age restriction, FreedomFest is geared toward older students and adults. We do not have any programming for young children. Children ages 12 and up will need a badge, but children under the age of 12 can be at FreedomFest as long as they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times. If a child is being disruptive, we ask that you please leave the session.

It does not include any other FreedomFest events.

What is the VIP ticket?
Enhance your FreedomFest experience with the VIP Attendee full conference pass. The VIP pass includes VIP check-in and entry to the VIP lounge where you will enjoy food and drinks and make meaningful, valuable connections with other high-profile attendees. The pass holder will also receive everything included in the regular attendee full conference pass:
All four days of access to general sessions & breakout sessions, all conference materials, Welcome Cocktail Reception, unlimited entrance to the Exhibit Hall, Anthem Film Festival, complimentary light breakfast and coffee breaks, karaoke, yoga, evening social events, and CiVL digital streaming pass.
You can select the VIP pass when you begin registration, or you can add the pass to your existing registration for $800.
Do you have tiered pricing? How do pricing tiers work?
Yes, there are three tiers. When the limited number of passes available for each tier sell out, pricing will advance to the next tier.
Pricing tiers are limited-quantity price levels for each pass type. Every tier has the same benefits—the only difference is the price. When one tier sells out, the next tier opens at a higher rate. Tiers aren’t based on dates; they’re based on availability. They move in one direction and never reopen. Buying earlier simply guarantees you the lowest price available.
What does “Bring a Friend - Earn $25” mean?
For each person you add to your registration (up to 3), you will earn $25 that you can either apply toward today's payment or donate to the student contribution fund!
What is your cancellation policy?
When you register for FreedomFest, we begin a series of actions to prepare for attendance, including those that include hard costs. As we approach the conference start, those costs and guarantees increase. Therefore, we must institute a cancellation fee to help us cover those costs in the event that you must cancel before the event. We thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy Please note, once you register for FreedomFest, it activates a series of preparations and costs on our end to provide the benefits we've promised as your FreedomFest experience. At certain points in the planning process, including those dates listed below, we actually have to pay those costs to our vendors, even if you cancel. As a result, we must institute a basic cancellation fee to cover those expenses in the event you cancel your registration. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Refund Policy A 20% fee of the registration amount paid will apply to all registration cancellations through May 31. Starting June 1, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration amount paid. Starting July 1, there is no refund.
Transfer Policy You can choose to transfer your registration, rather than cancel, for an equivalent registration at the next FreedomFest at any point before July 8, 2026. This is a registration transfer, not a monetary credit. Please email [email protected] to notify us that you are canceling this year's registration and transferring to next year. No-shows will not receive transfer credit. You MUST receive confirmation from us that you are on our transfer list in order for your credit to remain valid.
Special Events Cancellation Special event purchases are 100% refundable through May 31 and 50% refundable between June 1 and June 30. Starting July 1, there are no refunds or transfers for special events.
Hotel Cancellation Hotels can be canceled without penalty 72 hours before check-in date. A first night’s refundable deposit is taken when the reservation is made. Changes to hotel reservations must be made through the hotel directly.
Lost Badge Fee Please note that in the case of a lost or misplaced badge or other ticket, requiring reprinting, will incur a $20 replacement fee.
