About me
Ricky Marton is a tech-savvy operator and strategist who specializes in turning early-stage chaos into scalable systems. Most recently, he served as President and Chief of Staff at Open Access Ventures (OAV), where he built the operating systems and playbooks that drove growth across a portfolio of mission-aligned ventures. Before that, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Koru, a SaaS sustainability platform born from his PhD research and led through an early acquisition.
He currently leads the Americas Startups team at HubSpot, where his mission is to transform how the company partners with the world's leading venture capital firms and startup accelerators. He is building the high-leverage infrastructure that helps the next generation of founders scale with intention.
