About me
Nafisa Pierce is the Regional President of LOLA USA, where she leads national growth, leadership development, and strategic engagement across the United States. She is also a Ph.D. student in International Crime and Justice at Florida International University, with a Master’s in Global Affairs centered on U.S. intelligence failures. Her research examines justice reform, institutional legitimacy, women’s rights, and local systems of governance in conflict-affected societies, particularly Afghanistan. As a Muslim, first-generation immigrant, wife, and mother of two boys, Nafisa brings personal conviction and scholarly depth to her work advancing liberty, human dignity, and women’s leadership in public view.
