About me
Mary Parker, LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, functional mental health practitioner, and author based in Round Rock, Texas, where she serves as Clinical Director of Infinite Potential. A Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider and Certified Neurofeedback Provider with more than 15 years of experience, she has built her career on a simple conviction: most mental health struggles have biological roots that conventional care overlooks. Her approach blends therapy with functional medicine, neurofeedback, nutrition, and genetics to address the why behind anxiety, ADHD, and burnout—not just the symptoms.
Mary is the author of Wired for the Wild: How ADHD Is Your Biological Superpower (publication date to be announced soon!) and The Basics of Functional Mental Health, and a coauthor for the book The Perimenopause Prescription, and host of the Reinventing Mental Health podcast, where she challenges the over-medicalization of everyday life. Her mission is refreshingly countercultural: to help people understand their own brains and, ideally, work herself out of a job.
