About me
Katy Gambella studied Economics at Hillsdale College and began her career at the Institute for Humane Studies, later joining the Cato Institute. Starting at Cato as a Research Assistant, she quickly realized her comparative advantage (and preference!) is working with people.
During the Koch Associate Program, she moved into Student Programs, where she spent nearly four years recruiting, hiring, and supervising more than 300 interns.
Katy joined Talent Market in 2018 and manages searches at all levels. She also leads Talent Market’s outreach efforts, driving engagement with early-career talent across the free-market nonprofit sector.
