Gale L. Pooley, PhD is an economist, professor, and author. He is the co-author of the award-winning book, Superabundance: A Story of Population Growth, Innovation, and Human Flourishing on an Infinitely Bountiful Planet. Pooley has taught at six universities including Utah Tech University, Brigham Young University-Hawaii, Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Brigham Young University-Idaho, Boise State University, and the College of Idaho. He teaches The Economics of Human Flourishing course at the Peterson Academy with Dr. Marian Tupy.His articles have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, National Review, Forbes, Human Progress, The American Spectator, FEE, the Utah Bar Journal, the Appraisal Journal, Quillette, RealClearMarkets, and the Gilder Technology Report. He contributed several chapters in George Gilder’s Life After Capitalism.
