About me
Emma Erfourth is the Chief Operating Officer of America's Future, where she has been part of the team since 2021. Her work spans operations, flagship events, fellowship programs, regional chapters, and external partnerships, covering nearly every part of how AF runs and grows. Emma came to AF as her first role in the nonprofit space and has grown alongside the organization ever since. At the core of her work is the belief that principled young people deserve a real community, and she's committed to helping build one.
