About me
Dan is an online retail entrepreneur, writer, host of the What We Were podcast, and Braver Angels Ambassador, Moderator, and Debate Chair. A native 5th generation Arizonan, he is passionate about the American founding, including the many people and ideas that made it possible. His upcoming book, Divining the Mind, argues that the essential genius of Western civilization is bicameral government—a political architecture imparted to us by the Ancient Greeks and that intentionally mirrors the divided human brain.
